"Rob helped us get our mortgage several years ago. We were originally approved for a fixed rate mortgage, but, when we agreed to move the closing date of our home, our fixed rate mortgage had expired. Rob was able to find us a much better variable mortgage with a "bonus" 1.9% rate for the first 3 months.
